I called ComputerRx to set up a appointment and he called back the same day. I went on line and he gave me a code so he could access my computer from his office, While still on the phone with him he completely cleaned my computer and answered any questions. Great guy, I will definitely use his services again. It took about 1 enjoyable hour.
